Sue is an organisational development and design practitioner who specialises in People Systems and Process design and implementation. She has successfully developed and implemented a range of People strategies designed to drive a high-performance culture that support the strategic and business objectives of business.
With over 20 years’ experience in Senior Human Resource and consulting roles, Sue has worked with diverse clients in the banking and finance, mining, utility, publishing, advertising, travel and public sectors. Her clients have commented that she develops the ‘best people practices’ that support their strategic business goals.
Sue has exceptional stakeholder engagement capability. She has demonstrated the ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders with diverse and occasionally conflicting requirements. Sue combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to implementation and as a result has a strong track record in converting strategy into execution.
Recently, Sue has designed and implemented several organisational re-alignment engagements across a number of organisations including the Finance Division of a major NSW government department, the water and waste and development divisions of a large rural local government organisation and the Australian operations of a multi-national mining company.
Sue holds a Master of Applied Psychology and is a Registered Psychologist, a member of the Australian Psychological Society, the College of Organisational Psychologists and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. She is accredited in the SHL and Saville Consulting Suite of products.
