The Future Leaders Dialogue (FLD) is specifically designed around the needs of public sector professionals, and provides a unique opportunity for current and future leaders to come together to share ideas and build connections.

The topic for our upcoming sessions will be The Road to Recovery – Investing in Our People and Communities. We will discuss strategic priorities, fostering collaboration between agencies and private sector partners, and building capacity within the public sector.

Each dialogue is conducted online via a virtual workshop format, under Chatham House Rules. The virtual workshop is designed around a panel conversation, where senior leaders from the public sector share their perspectives on a range of contemporary leadership and service delivery topics.

There is event is for people working within the public sector. There is no cost for delegates, and online tools are used to solicit audience feedback and perspectives. The sessions are facilitated and led by senior consultants from SpencerMaurice.
