The Circumstances
The City Assets Division of Blacktown City Council is responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of critically significant Council assets and infrastructure including roads, parks, buildings, drains, and public spaces.
The division has a workforce of approximately 550 contractors and frontline employees which are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division.
SpencerMaurice was commissioned to support the executive team in their efforts to lift overall team performance, through a program of Leadership Development and Coaching.
