IPH Limited is a multinational intellectual property services group, operating across 10 international jurisdictions. IPH has grown rapidly in recent years, and has acquired a number of member firms. Approximately 1200 people are employed across the member firms, with operations in Australia, Canada, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. IPH is publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
IPH has embarked upon a major program of business improvement, to allow for the standardisation of their workflows across their various member firms.
SpencerMaurice was engaged to provide an embedded team to supplement the IPH PMO team across a series of highly interdependent workstreams.
The improvements involved the redesign of core business processes, and upgrades of business-critical technology systems, with a focus on achieving improvements in workforce productivity and operational efficiency.
