The Circumstances
The Institute for Public Policy and Governance at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) provides advisory services, research, professional learning, and capacity building solutions for all tiers of government, the not-for-profit sector, and industry.
SpencerMaurice was engaged to undertake a review of the Instituteโs operating model, organisational structure, workforce capability, and service delivery model.
The engagement commenced with extensive internal consultations, and an analysis of the overall operating model for the organisation.
A series of co-design workshops were used to develop business improvement opportunities, service delivery and resourcing options, and produce a desired future state design.
