The Circumstances
Royal Far West (RFW) provides country children with access to specialists allied health and development services.
Over the years, these services have evolved to offer a widening range of pediatric child development and health services, reaching children through health and education systems, including telehealth. Funding uncertainties have led RFW to explore new and alternative revenue streams.
A significant property redevelopment of the original service site in Manly was due for completion, and expected to generate significant ongoing revenue for the organisation.
SpencerMaurice was commissioned by the Board to undertake an independent review of the RFWโs current governance, identify a suitable target organisational structure and operating model for their next phase operation.
