The Circumstances

The corporate services area of the Department of Planning, Housing & Infrastructure (DPHI) supports NSW DPHI, the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water (DCCEEW), and the NSW Reconstruction Authority. A workforce of approximately 17,000 FTE is supported by the corporate services function.

SpencerMaurice was commissioned to baseline and develop a revised ICT budget, and provide analysis to help determine appropriate levels of cost recovery.

This engagement involved extensive data collection and analysis, cost recovery options development, and budgetary financial analysis for the various options.
