The Circumstances

The NSW Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) regulates key markets and NSW Government services, including local government, water, energy, public transport, and insurance. IPART protects consumers from unfair or unsafe behaviour, such as excessive charging.

SpencerMaurice was commissioned to design and facilitate a series of strategic planning and risk management workshops for IPART tribunal members and key secretariat staff.
