The Circumstances
SpencerMaurice was commissioned to support the development of the strategic plan for the Director of Public Prosecutions. The project coincided with a number of significant changes to the criminal justice system within the Northern Territory. These included the introduction of mandatory sentencing which was placing considerable pressure on the justice system and its existing workforce.
