The Circumstances

The Child and Family Directorate within the Strategy Policy and Commissioning Division of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice manages the programs and policies relating to Children in Out of Home Care and the Permanency Support Programs.

SpencerMaurice was commissioned to support the division in the formulation of a strategic plan, and carry out an independent review of efficiency and effectiveness.
