The Circumstances
SpencerMaurice was commissioned to support the development of the three-year strategic plan for the Office of National Rail Safety Regulation (ONRSR).
The planning coincided with the appointment of a new CEO whose key priorities included resetting the regulator’s relationship and priorities between the regulator and Government, Rail Operators and relevant Peak Bodies.
The organisation is based in South Australia, with workforce spread across Australia. The engagement was carried out primarily via online collaboration tools, with a final in-person workshop.
