- An extensive program of stakeholder and workforce consultations, delivered primarily remotely, using online collaboration tools.
- Design and execution of an online survey to relevant workforce, to solicit feedback on functional performance, with analysis of survey results.
- Evaluation and analysis of organisational structure, operating model, workforce capability and resourcing, and performance.
- Co-design development of a business improvement opportunities.
- Development of a detailed 55 page report.
