The Circumstances

SpencerMaurice was commissioned to undertake an independent high-level review of its Business & Operations Directorate. This included its People & Culture, Program Management Office & Business Strategy & Innovation teams.

Our Approach

Outcomes Delivered

  • An extensive program of stakeholder and workforce consultations, delivered primarily remotely, using online collaboration tools.
  • Design and execution of an online survey to relevant workforce, to solicit feedback on functional performance, with analysis of survey results.
  • Evaluation and analysis of organisational structure, operating model, workforce capability and resourcing, and performance.
  • Co-design development of a business improvement opportunities.
  • Development of a detailed 55 page report.
